Egg pasta of Campofilone, rough and porous, extruded with a die,

spread on sheets of pure cellulose paper, slow drying at low temperatures.

INGREDIENTS: durum wheat semolina, eggs  35.3%.

May contain soy and mustard.

100% Italian eggs and durum wheat semolina.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and direct heat.
